Jon Shuster is an ICF-certified leadership coach who supports his clients to rapidly accelerate their leadership effectiveness and drive the performance of their teams and organizations. Jon works with leaders at all levels, from new and emerging managers to executive, and is known for his skill in blending strategic insight with practical solutions that are grounded in business reality.
For almost 15 years, Jon has coached and consulted to leaders and their teams across a variety of industries. He has served Fortune 100 companies to public institutions.
Previously, Jon was an organization development leader at Levi Strauss & Co, where he led the development and global introduction of behavior competencies and coached leaders and managers on leveraging competencies to drive performance. Jon spent six years consulting at Accenture and Watson Wyatt where he advised a variety of clients on leading large-scale change, improving organization effectiveness and design, and engaging employees.
Jon earned an MBA from the Kellogg School and a BA in social psychology from Cornell University, where he graduated with honors. He serves on the board of the Bay Area chapter of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and is a volunteer Business Advisor for Pacific Community Ventures. He is a competitive athlete, youth sports coach, and enjoys live jazz. Jon lives with his wife and son in Oakland.
