Lisa is a coach, leader, and educator who helps people improves their lives, especially within their roles as managers and leaders. A certified coach from the Hudson Institute of Coaching, she is armed with a Ph.D. in leadership and adult learning, an M.Ed. in instructional systems, and more than 20 years in leadership roles within big and medium-sized corporations. She is also an adjunct instructor in Organizational Development, and is well versed in the complex dynamics found within the workplace.
Lisa is a volunteer and guest speaker for several local women’s organizations and has served on several not-for-profit boards. Passionate, goal-oriented, and motivated, Lisa believes that everyone should have the opportunity to become the phenomenal person they want to be.
Lisa lives in Malvern, PA with her life-partner Sebastian and Zuna the cat. Her hobbies are a cappella singing, reading, scuba diving, bungy jumping, and world travel. She is also a die-hard Philadelphia Phillies fan.
