Strategic Leadership Survey
Strategic leaders are flexible and adaptive – they provide the leadership their team and employees need to be successful. They change up to get the most from their teams. There’s a reason they’re the model of 21st century leadership.
For this survey, think of a couple typical managers at your company. Think about how they lead their teams. Then answer these questions from the perspective of those managers. Do not answer based on how YOU think or act, instead answer as you think your managers would think or act, if they were being completely honest. For example, for the question “The main purpose of 1:1s is to make sure each team member understands what I need them to do”, answer as you think your company’s managers would answer.
